In this episode, Mr. Chambers visits with Joseph Burke (President of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas), Jennifer Baker (Alief ISD CTE Director), Brian Santos (Youngblood Intermediate School student), Zahra White (Youngblood Intermediate School student) and Pam Parrish (Youngblood Intermediate School interventionist). They discuss the impact of Junior Achievement’s programs on Alief ISD students, specifically focusing on Biztown, a simulated city where students serve as active, productive citizens of their simulated town.
