District extends HPD patrol overtime pay

Houston Police Department Westside Commander Reece Hardy, center, and officers gladly accepted $75,000 from the International Management District today for the continuation of the overtime initiative that puts more patrol officers on District streets. The District's previous contribution was $100,000. Crime falls when law enforcement and the District work together; monthly crime stats prove it.
