Asian Restaurant Month launched in 2021 by the Asian Chamber of Commerce Houston to bring awareness and support to Asian restaurants throughout the Greater Houston area. These restaurants were the first and hardest hit businesses during the onset of Covid-19 pandemic. Asian Restaurant Month will be celebrated annually in May coinciding with Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month.
With over 100 participating restaurants throughout the city and 10+ ethnic cuisines to explore, the Chamber is partnering with Houston First to present the Asian Restaurant Month digital pass. The pass is a directory of participating restaurants and allows guests to select restaurants by categories, cuisines and locations. The more restaurants passport users visit, the more prizes they can unlock.
