The Harris HUB programs support businesses that were impacted by COVID with technical support including marketing, contracting and bidding, license and permitting guidance, support for grant applications, accounting and finance, business strategy, logo design and branding, and legal services. Key eligibility requirements are:
- In business before January 2020
- A small business with twenty-five (25) or fewer employees, including owners
- Applicant business must be recognized in Texas
