Harris County Pets (HCP), resourced by Harris County Public Health (HCPH), is expanding its reach to provide services and resources to residents in neighborhoods throughout Harris County. County Pets On Wheels will provide a variety of services and resources for pet owners and their furry companions, including spay and neutering services, age-appropriate vaccinations for dogs, microchips, and Harris County pet licensing.
