Use the Report an Issue page to flag graffiti, illegal dumping, broken infrastructure, public-safety concerns, or environmental issues. District staff route every submission to the right city or district team and follow up when needed.

The Houston Police Department serves the area, supplemented by S.E.A.L. Security Solutions — IMD-funded patrols dedicated to the district. See Public Safety for current programs, contacts, alerts, and hurricane preparedness resources.

The IMD awards grants to community organizations, schools, and nonprofits whose work supports residents and small businesses in the district. Applications open annually — see Community Grants for the current window and criteria.
